Start from completed jobs
Pay arguments happen when the owner and the maid remember different days. A completed-job list is the adult version of that argument.
Separate company invoice from worker pay
The customer invoice is not automatically the maid’s wage. Decide your rule (per job, per hour, per package) and apply it to the same job records.
Do not ignore travel
Two RM 150 jobs are not equal if one is next door and one is across the city. Distance tracking on Pro makes that visible. Even on other plans, note long routes.
Adjustments need a remark
If you add a bonus or deduct a replacement visit, write why. Month-end memory is a bad ledger.
