1. Take a complete booking
Date, time window, address, unit number, service type and access notes. Incomplete bookings create missed visits. A booking form or a disciplined intake script is cheaper than an apology visit.
2. Assign a real person
Name the maid or cleaner. Check they are not already on another job. If a driver is involved, treat that as part of the assignment, not an afterthought.
3. Execute and collect proof
The person on site should see instructions, log time, and add photos when the customer or supervisor needs them.
4. Invoice and follow payment
Raise the invoice from the completed job. Mark paid or outstanding. Do not wait until month-end to discover three condos have not paid.
5. Pay the team and review the week
Payout should be explainable from jobs completed. Then look at cancellations, overtime-looking routes and unpaid invoices before you sell more work than you can staff.
