What you control
You decide which staff accounts exist, which jobs are created, and which documents are uploaded. Keep administrator access limited. Use passwords that are not shared in a WhatsApp group.
What we host
CleanMoo hosts customer-controlled workspace data so the product can run: bookings, assignments, invoices, and documents you choose to store, including passport or condo files used for operational access processes. We do not use maid passport information for advertising.
What we are not
CleanMoo is not a bank, wallet, or card processor. Recording that an invoice is paid is not the same as taking the payment. We are not an immigration adviser and we do not guarantee building access or work-permit approval.
